Friends enjoy the cheap lots for this series because from next month onwards SEBI has put a spanner in our happiness. The lots are heavier and number wise also ( number of shares per lot), it will be very sensitive to unit change in price. Entire MM and trade management has to be relooked.

No sir, as we are trading near month contracts, we have time upto Feb2009.

To avoid operational complexities, in case 2 above, only the far month contract i.e. March 2009 expiry contracts will be revised for market lots. Contracts with maturity of January 2009 and February 2009 would continue to have the existing market lots. All subsequent contracts (i.e., March 2009 expiry and beyond) will have revised market lots.


This is my understanding. correct me if I am wrong.

Dear All recently we had a discussion that operators may trap retail traders like us .....was it the case shown in above chart ???
Then after hiting low of that day it moved up now if we suspect it a trap then we must closely watch the range ... break out of upperside should be given decent nifty points as operator new the direction few days back ....

May be completely wrong but after so much talk about trap etc these things comming to mind

i think it wold be a danger thing to post chart of current trade. no doubt people will gain from that. but for culprits it would be easier to track us. because after all, i dont think anyone can have filter of more thn 30pts.

thts only my view. as a senior u understand batter. so u might have ur own reasons to help newbies
