me too first used to think like that but after i saw rakesh's trade on 5th dec, i think its ok to just reverse after failed move..may be it is a bit aggresive but i think if we consistently do it it gives us early entry..

The two cases are not identical,they are different.5th dec it is a clear PL. as 10:00 bar makes a LL,11:00 bar makes a LL then 11:00 bar goes and makes a new high and gives a bullish candle. However,12:00 bar fails to sustain and breaks the PL . ( In my view the PL is 11:00 bar low and not 10:00 bar low as the previous downswing had ended at 11:00 bar low.)

It is not a sideways movement PL.

See the bars in both cases carefully and you will see the difference.

My fault actually.....the short is triggered at low of 11am bar, and not 10am low. Sorry......typo/whatever u call it, but the idea is clear: an upmove taking out the earlier highs....we move stops to latest/recent lows.....means 11am low.

Your chart has 6 bars per day.There seems to be some problem in your AB setting.
In AB goto tools--> Preferences--> Intraday tab and uncheck the ALIGN MINUTE BAR to Mkt Hrs option.

For timesetting
Start time9:55
End Time 15:30
time shift 0hrs.
