13:30 bar is inside bar. I would like to keep 12:00 bar high until now when 14:00 bar has made new low. Now 13:00 bar high is PH.

just curious..Is 2:00 considered as SAR and ADD becuase it's an WRB? (it does not seem obvious pivot though)
