so is it always wise to skip the first bar low in future from now onwards (or high in case of lh,ll)...?
i think so cuz not only will it save us from any trap/whipsaw but also two bars(as in today's case 10.30 & 11.00 bars) in a direction will give us a possible/confirm move to an extent......

also credit to vikram for bringing the rule to our notice..atleast to me which i overlooked during trading ...

I will not make a general statement .If after the first bar the second bar makes a HH/HL and prints a HH which is higher by 15-20 points,I will cinsider that as a first move up. But 5-6 points higher high in 30 min is unconvincing.

I will not make a general statement .If after the first bar the second bar makes a HH/HL and prints a HH which is higher by 15-20 points,I will cinsider that as a first move up. But 5-6 points higher high in 30 min is unconvincing.

If it has to be 15-20 higher, mostly Long Trades would have been initiated. So necessity of considering First move will be no more.

exactly pakatil...if 15-20 high is made trade will triggered...
wt i mean to say was under similar circumstance/ pattern has we got yesterday.....
newys st i do believe not to generalize anything and just to trade according to pattern
