no arm...i think only when it crosses the 10.30 bar high which is a pivot....then u should move sar to 11.30 bar low -f

yes zeen or u can wait for this bar to complete to confirm pivot(as sunil mentioned) as suits u...but we dont put the exact levels cuz its against the rules of this trade..so we just mention candle stick timing like 11.30 - f....
again the filter choice is upto individual.......u can use 7 or any no as u feel suits u....
