In NF 30 min chart, 11:30 bar high is a PH. My chart as in 2057 shows so. Am I correct?

as per the graph put on by lv ....i thought 10.30 was a pivot.....
also it clears one of the doubt/debate regarding the supremacy of pivot over moving filters....
