sorry sir ,

means while looking at yest chart . the 10.30 bar makes LH\LL to 10.00 bar ..if 11.00 bar too makes LH\LL too & we are convince that it is move 1 of the day ..then we will reverse from 11.00 bar high + nor fil or at 10.00 bar high+ nor fil..taking it as move 2 of the day..

my understanding is that we will reverse from 11.00 bar high ...am i right there ?

Basically then we are talking about 3 down bars.......stops remain where they were at the high of the day ,usually the 1000 bar in your example+normal filter.

??? Now that it is clear after forming the higher pivot low that move 1 is upwards, should our long be 10:30 high + Large filter and short be 12:00 low - small filter ????

Basically then we are talking about 3 down bars.......stops remain where they were at the high of the day ,usually the 1000 bar in your example+normal filter.

What vineet is asking is probably that there are three down bars .So we take it as move 1 but suppose the short trade is not triggered in this downmove and the mkt reverses,then we go long as second move at 11:00 bars H + small f OR 10 :00 bars H + small f ?

Today basically doing yesterday's thing so far.....

Latest long at 1230 high + MovFil.and yes on the short ...

ah,got it now.......okay we basically have no mini pivots as well......if we had,then all like what we have been discussing this morning.

In this case,we have 3 down bars,no mini pivots,of course no clear cut ones either...........stops at 1000+small filter......an exception is if we get a higher place of reversal from the 15/20.

So if a bar breaks pivot and makes a new high but our entry is not triggered by that bar, then we shift entry to new high + filter (big or small depending upon the case) ??

saint sir,
As per my understanding after a good pivot high formation we will trail our entry only after a higher pivot high is formed.correct me if i m wrong .

There was no Power just logged in. so no charts. What is current position? long/short at what level and stop loss. Not the time bar.
