Re: Saint's Intraday Miniflow - live discussion

wasn't the second bar 1 st move....???
In my opinon,
We can not call it as first move because,
1) It didn't crossed our MF
2) 10.00 bar high and 10.30 bar high are almost same( not giving a clear downwards direction)
3)Many people are waiting till 11.00 to 11.30 am to get a clear direction ( one sided) of the move. At this movement , it is not showing unidirectional movement.
4) The pivot formed is not of that quality (visually) for which we can utilize RF.

There is no clear moves yet.
The second bar did not "seem" like a move. However, one must note the volume, highest volume bar of the day thus far and it was down.

Also, the lower tail formed on that 2nd 30 min bar happened only in the last 3 mins. So I guess it would not be too wrong to use sf to go long. Lets see.

One more thing. It was a gap down, so the market just might want to fill the gap.

The most pressing argument is the fourth one. However, it might not be a game of pivots today as much as of a break of a range bound action.

Hitesh,
RF is reversal filter for which we may refer to it as SF ( smaller filter) which have lower value than MF ( moving filter or LF -Larger filter)
Manoj,
My question is why u both differ in applying filter value?
