I feel a little awkward bringing it up... but am still not too clear about Move 1-2 business.

All I understand from the conversation is that, when there is a TREND but MovFil is not hit we conclude that the trend is weak. Hence, we are eager to reverse with sf but ONLY at a pivot.

With that said one can list a few things required to use this concept. For one, there has to be a 30min pivot. Just a bar wont suffice. There has to be a trend, a weak one, whose reversal we are anticipating (like today). If there isnt a pivot but just a swoop up or down, then the move 1-2 wont help.

Please feel free to add or correct.

moved my as per 12:30 bar, which is 3597-f

please advise if i am going right or wrong... please ST

Cannot say whether market proves you right or wrong...but cannot find any reason to move SAR to 12:30 bar. After completion of the current bar,we may get 1:00 bar as PL. This may be a more logical place to trail our stoploss to. This is for Bank Nifty

I Agree with you. I am also not very clear with Move 1-2 concept. This is the only area where I face difficult to understand. But hope, it will get cleared in due course of time with the help of other members.

sir, this bar crosses pivot high , at same time 1.00 bar low becomes pivot low ..so i shift my short entry there without waiting for its close.....
