ST, pls mention how the 11.00 bar is a pivot low. Will help me to understand the pivot concept better. Preferably now Tks.

11:00 bar low is a clear PL. Why this confusion ?? We take all pivots here,not like 60 min....

amit....IMHO if u think 11.00 is not a pivot and going by mf then also mf applies to low of the day i.e 11.00 bar low - mf........my views...

Are you guys looking at 60 min chart ?.... See 11:00 low as PL in 30 min charts.

For a PL to form one expects that bar's high to be crossed and low to not be crossed. Like in the case (1) in the attached image.

Our 11.00 bar is a potential pivot. Case 2a as per image.

Please correct.

Well, may be my PIB is quoting differently cuz its missed the high by 1.5 pts. Well I guess 1.5 pts is a very small margin. Plus, since we dont have an entry since morning, we should take 11.00 low as pivot.

All that in 60 min flow....here all pivots....go with the eye...dont get bogged down by definations.

We have 11:00 bar as PL

so long above 10:30 H + sf short below 11:00 low -sf

THE 2704 Is the LP as the market held that level for 3 30 minute bars. It has enmerged from the box like formation in the current 30 min bar.Hence the entry could be at the the level 2716 + 7.
