now short is very clear 11am-sf but doubt is still there in long, st sir plz help

should the12.00 bar be considered a breakout bar so that its reversal signals a failed breakout and a trend reversal thus short would be 12.00 bar-sf?....In the usual course would agree with Revati about both long and short entry. Amitplz advise.

Sorry for confusing. But I confess that I am not still very clear with Move 1 - 2 concept. After completion of 11.00 bar, I was in doubt regarding move one. But after completion of 11.30 bar , I ( in my opinion ) treated it as move one was over and the NF given a clear direction of where it is going ( WRB on increased volume crossing HOD.) and hence I preferred to apply SF moving it bar by bar. This was my view while treating it as second move.
