Re: Saint's Intraday Miniflow - live discussion

HI SAINT!! The efforts you put in providing this beautiful trading system is really commendable...and we have short of words to express our gratitude.

It is not only trading which is made easy, but this system has provided ease of the tension of trade which I earlier thought was a part and parcel of this profession. You really showed us a way like a leader that how things are won by keeping the brain calm.

Good bless you.

umesh malhotra

PS: Is it possible for you to take y a h o o conference to revise the system where all the seniors and novice can join. It can provide a great platform to share ideas.:)

Long trade must have triggered for most of us....

ST
Yes it has.
The 5 min high of 2793.22 + 14 = 2807.22 has now held for 60 minutes consistently and the selling pressure did not take out this level.
I have a gut feel that a really strong move is on the way.:clapping::clapping::clapping:

<The question got buried, so am reposting it>

Tks Saint. Your time is precious so is this question

Lots of us were wondering, after your last conversation with ST, regarding the move 1 concept.

I understood from the conversation that in a downtrend, which is looks like a down bar, then pauses with a small white bar or two, then a down bar again. That is move 1. If short not given (movfil not hit) then we could add above
the last pause +sf. These pause are not necessarily 30 min pivots because if they were then we would enter above them regardless of the move1 concept. They are even smaller, say may be 15 min pivots or congestion of sorts.

Is that correct?

(Of course! I understand that each move 1 will be very unique and hence one cannot lay down specific rules for it.)

ALso, in the last few days/weeks on which days would you say there was a move 1 type of an entry. Tks much, from all of us stuck with the move 1 thingy Please show us atleast a handful of different days to understand the basic variations.

Besides that we are really reaping the benefit of STs and Vineets presence. They are very humble they do not make us feel your absence at all.

Amit.

Re: Intraday Miniflow Trades for Today: Saint's Method

Dear Rakesh Sir,

I have been going through Saint's Teach a Man to Fish, Intraday Mini flow,
60 Minutes flow (as a visitor to site).... Reading through his posts has changed my perspective on Intraday trading. Though I have been investing in shares for last 4-5 years but my decision were purely based on speculations but Saint has shown method in investing in stock.

Today I gather courage to address this post to you, one of senior member of traderji, to help me with few queries. Reason I address this post to you is that we share something in common....a common relation to our past.... like you I am also an airwarrior...though you were higher in food chain in organisational hierarchy. I read in one of your post that you were F(P) in IAF and that gave me courage to address this post to you..... As I do not still have right to post PM I am writing on this thread.

I am working in corporate sector but have been seriously thinking about taking trading as profession.... reasons.... simple.... Don't want to be one of RATs in rat race.... or may be as Smart_Trade quotes "I am too lazy to work... and too honest to steal..."

Something about my back ground. Me & my wife both are working....my wife earn more than 40k per month... I also get pension. My plan... to start trading with capital of 5L and Trade for living... trade with method as Saint sir have given us... I also plan to purhase AmiBroker for studying Charts.

My queries....
1. Am I taking right decision?
2. Can I earn my living as trader?
3. Is purchasing AmiBroker is right decision?

Dear Seniors, though this post is addressed to Rakesh sir, I would welcome your suggestions.

Thank you traderji & Thank you Saint.

Regards,

The Monk

Hello Vineet,

Now it looks like the SAR could be raised to 11.00 low? Would that be okay. Cuz that level does look like a pivot, albeit not a textbook one.

Amit.
no it should not be moved as yet.
The market is consolidating with the low at 2807.22 for almost 90 minutes now.
