which bar is PH, I think it's 10.30, but none of the other two bars has breached the low of that bar so should we consider it as a PH?

10:30 is PH as well as Pl rather it is an outside bar should we use large filter or small filter for longs as well as shorts

its a bull flag in an uptrend.so long shd be range plus sf.
short shd be at lod .
