LV, it is not necessary that for PH there should be bar having lower low than that of 10:30 bar
and 10:30 bar high is higher than 10:00 and 11:00 bar and thats enough for 10:30 bar to becomes a PH in my view.:)

A while back ST sir had mentioned that in intraday even minor pivots, which HEM is talking about, are valid entries. However, not in 60 min flow... there only major pivots, like what LVG is referring to, are used.
