yes harsh..it is brakedown from sideway consolidation..

if high of this brakedown bar negated means this brakedown is false..

every brakedown doesn't need to be WRB..IT NORMALLY A BIG BAR WITH GOOD VOLUME

Only thing to emember is that operative word here is breakout/breakdown from long consolidation/distribution...so we must have 3-4 bars and above in the range before we call it a breakout/breakdown bar.....
