All correct except that stop loss on the initial posn........4150-7=4143

We finally reversed the moment the pivots broke down,which was much higher.....but initial stop loss was at the time of entry the low of day -Rs7 viz.4150-7=4143.

But it is not a reversal right ? Filter of 7 is for the reversals only.

The relevant post is Post No 781 on P 79 by Saint which will exactly answer your question.
There are also post No 831 on P 84 and No 793 on P 80 by other friends on same point which may help understanding better.

Hi All,
I am sure most of us here have personally backtsted this wonderful system in the last few days. While I am still doing it....I cant believe the results, they are simply marvellous.

Since we are just 2-3 weeks old in this system, I feel there may be some errors that I may have committed in the backtests. I am attaching a sheet for the day trades for Jan 2008 here
I took a few 'deviations' from the main rules during the backtest:
(1) Not booking profits at risk=reward.
(2) Wont take>3 trades in a day
(3) Have taken Max 1 add in a trade....avoided the 2nd add.

I will be highly obliged if someone can point out the mistakes.

Hope this is not too big a bother.....

Yes, I have backtested for most of the months of 2008. Didnt post them all, because that wont serve any purpose....the purpose is, we all should go through all the trades, and having 300 odd trades to verify at one go would be a daunting task.
Also, I am expecting to be pointed out some glaring mistakes. If I post all the trades...those mistakes would be 'assumed' as the rules by few of the members here.

So, let me get pointed out for some mistakes first...then I would amend my approach..and then post them all.
