I usually exit all positions before that point is hit........will be getting out in the 3290-3300 area if it reaches there......or if we get our reversal candles as always.

Just stopping out,....not reversing......if the freeze is hit,once the market opens,treat it like a new day.

I think it shows lack of liquidity and less number of of participants. ???
