Let me give it a shot, in hope to be corrected if I have wrongly understood the concept.

A good number of bears want to square off their positions as the prices are not going their way. As the market nears closing, they get desperate and start hogging away higher offers. They are in no position to make a bid. They are 'squeezed'.

Of course! bulls are also buying. This coupling fuels the upmove, making it severe.

And we call it the "Dance of the bears...." <Or was it Belly Dance>

THanks for your quick response.. So it is a bear trap kind of scenario.. Amit, how is it different from the sudden bull run? I mean how do we separate this trap from other? What are the observation points?

TUshar.. Little confused.. Bull run is long.. Bear run is short.. ST da has indicated that enjoy ride till end in long.. Can you pls clarify.. I am yet to get onto this lingo..

SHal we cut our long positions ?

Trapped bears will come to cover their short position in the end........

Bears have become smart...they have covered their short positions in the mid-session it seems....but a 10 point gap between cash/fut nifty indicates short covering going on....

As suggested by u to first learn the techniq of miniflow ....i tried & i tried real hard ..but i didnt succesded.
So can u plz help me ?
Where i can find the relevant material?

TFL has made a thread called "Library of Miniflow" (or something like that). He has all the rules there. That should be a good place to start.
