Futures orders are excessively delayed. You may want to take intraday positions in options as they are trading somewhat better.

for me it was in process, market went down came back and short didnt trigger.....!! little bit unsure about placing order now.

Though fortunately / unfortunately my order confirmed short . My opinion is that we should avoid such days for intraday trading as non execution / delayed execution may be very problematic.
