4th bar complete bhi nahi hua.. 5th bar low taking 4th bar low yet to hapen.. Is this rule applicable already?

Or 1030 & 1100 also should be considered, even though there were 2 HH/HL bars in between?

off topic: Stage is set for that double top thing in smaller timeframe, somebody had started a thread on doji to predict double bottom and double top formation, hemant do you remember the name ? As per that, i think we have that kind of formation and thus target is 4480 now.
