Hi Friends,
I have worked out a scenario for profit booking for myself...thought the levels where I book are discretionary, the scenarios when i book are not. Pl have a look and let me know ur views:

First Trade: No profit booking at all.

Second Trade:
If First Trade was marginally profitable at exit...No PB
If First Trade was hugely profitable at exit.......Yes PB
If First Trade was a loss................................No PB

Third Trade
If Overall, the first 2 trades have been marginal positive.....No PB
If Overall, the first 2 trades have been negative................Yes PB
If Overall, the first 2 trades have been hugely positive........Yes PB
(though this is a hypothetical scenario...cant have 2 huge trends in a day and 3 reversals).

Pl do let me know.

Rakesh all these things put "I" in our trade, so for me all trades are to be treated alike, I have accepted in my mind that we will have some bad days

Reasons for no PB if first trade was at loss or marginally profitable during second trade is not understood by me. Can you explain?

Still not clear why SAR was 3187.

pivot in 15 min chart was not considered as valid one by Saint. He went by two bar rule and 11:30 bar low-7(3194-7=3187) was taken as SAR.

subject touched, though we r not sure about your methods, but you make it a point of definite rules of pb, seems playing crucial part in our trades,
i also like to pb on definite rules rather than impulse of my mind or chart.
looking forward for your latest edition of prev post as always
