30min two bottoming tails, 60 min one topping tail indicates reversal. but one bottoming tail and congestion/sideways move in 15 needs to be watched.

LOL..
But not joking..thats also a valid method of trading, provided you have proper stops and MM to back you up. Read it somewhere..and it gave +ve returns also, though havent seen anyone doing it practically.
