Going with the Intraday Mini-Flow!!

As promised by MB, here are the charts of Aban for the month of Jan 08. A few things before we go over them:
First filter: 20 pts
SAR: 10 points
Adds 7 points
I havent added more than Once in any trade..and not booked profits too.

Here are the statistics:

Total Profits: 3445
Total Days in month: 23
Total Profitable Days: 15
Total Losing days: 8

Max Consecutive Profits and Days: 1927 points over 6 days

Max Consecutive Losses and Days: 82 points over 1 days cant believe myself.

A few more things:

MB, MJ and other backtesters.....lets now wait for some days before posting charts of other months (if some stocks left for Jan backtest, yes pl post them).

Lets not make a haste of this and spoil the purpose of the exercise. I request everyone here to test all the charts themselves and come up with any doubts/point out any mistakes. Please do take your time...and make sure you are understanding everything.

Above all...I would also request Saint to glance over all the charts posted till now and point out mistakes, before we take up other months.
(Saint...I guess I would have messed up with the rule reg going long over a bars high, which was preceeded by a wrb on the downside...pl let me know from charts posted)

Remember: practise makes a man perfect...but wrong practise makes us perfect in making mistakes....so, please go very deeply into all the charts.

I really like your view on backtesting...that should wait for sometime before just simply posting chart and numbers!

I love everybody MB....Aban is one of them. I chose to backtest it as most were already taken (you snatched away Nifty from me.)

Saw the chart which Rakesh posted and your querry on it,could not resist replying. With your permission Rakesh.

The area you marked has no indication of any kind of reversal.No pivot,no WRBs nothing. Rakesh is reversing to long at the high +space when the high of the WRB we got subsequently (this also looks like afirst 5 min bar on 4th(first bar of the day) was taken out.

Posting charts at 2 and 3 am? Please take an afternoon nap today.

Rakesh, great charts and statistics can't believe only drawdown was so less. LT was good too. But we will base assumptions over at least 3 months.

so far so good. I second your post on mistakes made on entry/exit, We are all learners here and may make a mistake here and there.
