Low of 12 noon bar, which looks like topping tail bar, is 4197. Hence reversal at 4188. Am I correct.

Lvg, Is the bar you referring to a Topping tail doji!!!???? Not much idea about it!!! Seems not!!!
Had remained long (on paper ofcourse)!!! Frankly rules not yet clear!!!
