Right u are Sunil, now that the 12 Noon bar is complete we move the SAR to high of 11 AM bar?
Will it be correct to say :
As soon as the next bar breaches the low of 12 Noon bar we move the SAR to high of 11.30 AM bar w/o waiting for the 12.30 bar to complete.

as ST had clarified to this query on earlier occasions,
we shift SAR to high of 2bar earlier, as soon as the current bar makes a new low...

as of now, i m going with 2870+7
as reason provided in prev post
