Why you haven't considered the 60 min previous bar too for support of new 30 min bar low and shifted SAR last time rather than this time?

We need to wait some more time to get confirmation of this pivot from higher time frames.
A pivot in 20 will satisfy, but for that some more minutes need to pass.
