Yes, it will count. colour of the bar is immaterial. All next 3 bars should make LH and LLs.

we hav a pivot on 15 min charts will confirm at 1......

now waiting till 1 for 30 min and 15 min to confirm reversal at 2708.50 + 7 = 2715.50
