Indrajit, resting bar = a WRB that negates the previous WRB's move by at least 1/2-1/3....read the rules for more understanding on it...

i generally do not follow bar charts but in my view resting bar is nothing but shooting star in candle stick analysis which means "a candle with a real body at the lower end, a long upper shadow and no (or almost no) low shadow ". seniors please guide me.

You are calling that 10:30 bar as WRB in comparison with 10:00 bar (which was just of 5min duration).


Acc. to me, SAR should be at LOD-room, as of now.
