11:00 bar is an inside bar. Purpose of moving filter is to wait for blast in either direction. As there is no direction so far, we will wait for market to give us direction.

lv..actually our message concide almost at the same time....i didnt mean to ask the question .....i mean to say 'no moving filters' on my part.....
