yes harsh i will keep sar at wrb at 11.30 bar's low i.e 2980-room

that's because the resting bar did not scale more than 50% of the WRB...
else the resting bar's low would have been SAR

no momemtum after brakeout is not good for longs but will curb my anticipation & wait for sar
