Ashwani,I think eod basis trading is not that profitable...in only 1 case it will be profitable...you can judge the price for atleast 15-20 days in advance..best profit is made in swing charts only...this I have analyzed using paper trade and at eod I did profit but in 15 days time i only added 5K in total to my capital...which is not that great if we see the risk we are taking...EOD is good in gold and silver..these are the only 2 commodity which you can handle with EOD...others need to be on swing basis...also i feel if you want you can change the 4 hr chart to 8 hr charts so that your time on system will be reduced..i myself trying different time patterns because i have a full time job to handle...

and now as far as your suggestion of shifting from 4 four to eight hour is concerned,i liked it,but i am already in habit of using system a head of others,so i never used 4 hour time frame ,but i always use six hour time frame,the basic problem with 8 hour time frame is,if we use it it dont consider,consolidation period of two hour,so in my view six hour is better which i am using,but as you recommended 8 hour ,i will compare its result with six hour so that i can give you my clear view,which is better,still i never used 8 hour

i have started working on it,as far as pure speculation is concerned it is of no use to you and with the same reason it is beyond my financial capacity also,in this system trader hold few 100 lots of nifty at a time which exceeds your and mine capacity also,so this chapter is closed.and as far as jobbing is concerned,i may take few more day to under stand the full system from you,then i will back test it practely by trading it far few days,and then will try to modfy your way of trading but in the mean while you can ask from me,that in which call you are trading that day so that i can tell you the basic trend of that call for that day.but your first lesson ,regarding call and put ,i will give tommorow, regarding the first problem,which i noticed in your present system,so that after under standing it, you may rectify it, after discussing with your employers.best of luck for trading

I understand that you can add lot when the dip comes and profit will be same but I feel you would be needing more financial capital than in swing trading...

its hardware problem...which model you have...you can just press the keys slightly hard and check if they work correctly..or if you know u can remove the keys and clean it...and if you have warrantly you can replace the keyboard..it should cost you 2K i guess...if u dont have warranty...
