now when we are talking about the trend ,we must under stand every time frame has its own trend,it means when at end of day we are long,we may be short at 4 hour time frame and again long at one hour time frame and furthur short at five minute time frame

but when some expert say silver is long ,without clearing the time frame,then it is under stood he is talking about the end of day time frame
