very interesting reading. Nice strategy. A couple of questions. Are you all in the 4 hr trade or eod trade right now . B) where do you get the atr values to use . C) is the formula which ashwini has outlined for calculating stoploss using atr universal for all commodities being talked about here ? D) at what stage can i start :)

thanks

I have recently noticed that the strongest price trend reversal (and what usually is the last major dip of the day in a bull market) occurs around 20:30 which is 11 AM New York time.

Perhaps the best time in the day, to safely go long in a bull market, without too much affect caused by a conservative stop loss is at 20:30 in the evening???

zink eod lower support 96/-
eod reversal of all the three zink lead aluminium on the cards, but still not confirm require 2.5 atr stop loss for two three dae to hold long in all the three till reversal is not confirm,i will take long ani time at some dip
Ashwani sir, at this point which SL we should consider ? The ATR value for zinc is coming as 2.63.. If we go with 2.5 ATR EOD then it is 2.5 * 2.63 = 6.575 and SL based on this will be(assuming we are long) ====> yest CP - 6.575 i.e, 95.4 - 6.575 = 88.82

There is huge difference between these two stop losses(88.82 and 96) , so which one we shd consider at this point (EOD trading) ? Please advise if i am doing something wrong.

during reversal only 2.5 atr will work at eod,if one can not give 2.5 atr then he should take position after reversal, then all stop loss will work
