how much return you expect from commodity market

from to day ,for end of day trading,to protect me from extra volatility,i have changed trailing stop loss ,to swing trading time frame,but this swing trading stop loss will also carry the trade on end of day basis,and stop loss level will decrease also.some time we will shift trailing stop loss more then once in a day
i will be sharing these for trading base metal/precious metal at my thread with the viewers

from to day i am going to give trailing stop loses as per new swing trading system,keeping in mind current trailing stop loss of all mini lots,which i will share at this thread,with viewers ,one can take position,when market takes some dip according to his own risk and reward,but only in the direction of the trend,according to which i have given trailing stop loss.for knowledge one can track these trades,to understand the system for few days .

trade was opened on 18 feb 57600
to day morning session stop loss to be shifted from 58500 to 58786
yesterday closing price was 60400

to day stop loses are high due to fast increase in prices of precious metal

gold mini for 24 feb morning session,stop loss to be shifted from 28460 to 28660 for april future

zink and lead still both are long,you can not trade against the trend.blunder thinking

you can not trade in aluminum for intraday point of view.
base metal is risky to day
from swing point of view you can go long with stop loss of 110
but still will be a risky bett

only what we can do is when our stop loss is quite small,on swing trading basis,as i have already given stop loses,then we can take risk to go long,but at this stage i don't consider going short
