A hedge is basically something to avoid risk of capital :thumb:

And I'm doing that by having an open put and shorting the Futures...simple! Why cant this be a hedge ? Of course it protects capital and profits available on both

Added some more lots in Rcom(Fut) at 101/- Hence revised Shorting price is 100/- :thumb:

And holding Rcom 95 PE at 6.25/-

when both the trade in asme bias that cant be hedge.....buy PUT and sort FUT means some1 is really Bear on the stock......so this cant be hedge.......

There was a flash crash on Dow futures after seeing his definition, and traders scramblem to reverse their positions, as according to his definition, they were hedged wrongly!

This post of his regarding hedging is the last final proof that he is a paper trader.
