Is it not a condition in WW (Bullish) that point 5 should be lower than point 3 and should
exceed the trendline created by 1 and 3?

You are absolutely right in your observation......... But in some cases, it's fine if point 5 exceeds point 3 and gives a reversal without touching the trendline..... But it's important for point 5 to exceed point 3 to be termed as WW......
Have a look at Kingfisher..... it has already given a move of more than 50% (from 18 to 27)..... I am looking for a retracement for a good entry in it..... I find it to be a good bet for Longer term and a good opportunity to double-triple-quadruple the money...... If I hold it that long or not, that's to be seen....
