Abhi,

Can we now trust on NG Support level which already made 3.2 (Year Low)...and i dont think it will go further downside..

If it goes downside then will be Hunt for the Bargain Hunters (US)..where they buy @ low price in bulk and market automatically goes UP..which normally happens with natural gas.

What are your opinion please share your views on this..

Hi Sandy,

NG looks good for longs above yesterday's high. You can ignore the doji as it was just a 6 hour candle & that too in Asian session. But I will still refrain from taking position in MCX until US open as by that time rupee will also have stabilized, & probably appreciated a bit so that buy price in the MCX will come down. I would like to see it around 172 - 170 before I go long.

Thx

Hi Kamlesh Sir,

Can you please share your view on this one. Looks one of the Support is broken in gold and currently at its monthly Trendline Support.

I Concurr, Daily Support Line running since January is broken.

As per UMS Theorem 15 : I would expect to sell on first rally to the blue trendline (provided don't see a breakout) which is around 1675 for a target of about 1600 which happens to be a intermediate support.

Kamlesh Sir : Based on above, have a doubt on how to identify False Breakouts. Can you please throw some of your valuable insights into it as how you deal with it.

Per my understanding if there are multiple bars near the breakout or some even if it crosses trendline would see it as false breakout ( indicating indecision in crowd and no confident commitment). The one that closes above trendline in spurt and volume would see as only breakout.

Please share your idea.

Thanks & Regards,
T2P
