i think it is time to change the title of the thread to "How to milk the crude"

Hi....i am new to commodity trading and have lot of queries,i don't know who exactly to ask and how to begin.....would someone direct me to the resources available in here or anywhere on the web with relevant links.

I just have one question to ask,are the prices of commodities on MCX and NCDEX be it Wheat,Coffee,Sugar or Crude Oil dependent on what's happening around the world or are the prices India specific????

Advance apologies... for this off topic...post, but had to relate something that happened while I was at school....

Loved Algebra & Geometry... it was pretty normal for a few of us who loved the subject to go through together and learn from Chapters that was yet to come up in the class.....while going through this upcoming chapter exercise...we were given a small test in Geometry where we had to solve a Rider based on the Theorem that was already taught... It just so happened... that I ended solving based on the Theorem that was no yet taught to us... and ended up getting Zero for that...I was so so distraught...

I was away for few days missed few good trades on crude. Entered this short today @ 5320 based on 5 Minutes MCX charts, booked 1/2 at 50 points gain as i am trading the small time frame. Stops on rest @ 5290.
