For the weekend Analysis and read, check out what Dow can be doing in the start of 2012, there are two possibilities,

1. It can break the H & S and go up, with targets equivalent to depth of head from the neckline.

or

2. It can chop around neckline and breakdown with neckline forming the resistance, how it broke down in July 2011

A bullish H&S should occur at the bottom and a bearish one at the top of a move.

Can this be the scenario also? Rather than counting 0 at the point of upward arrow or where I have drawn A, it could as well still be in a correcting mode, with X formed after first ABC waves and now we are at A and BC to get formed.

Yes that is a possibility but.....
1. Significance of $26 needs to be taken into account.
2. With this possibility we would be entering in a bear market in bullions if $26 cracks...

If trend reverses we would trade that way till then it's up....
