While Uttam answers, here is my view - You zoom to a smaller Time Frame, You draw a Fibo over last Hi-Low candles, You observe the retraction and closing prices of the candles, and take the decision.
what happened was that i put a buy order at 401.66 but as price never went down my order never got executed. as i write this the missed trade has given good profits

You are looking at the charts of MCX - Copper, I would suggest do not do that. Either look at HG copper or LME copper (same with other dollar based commodities), with the volatility of Rupees and we trade only from 10 AM till 11:55 PM (where as Comex HG gets traded almost round the clock), lot of things doesnt get priced in properly and so the charts. In Broco itself you can have HG charts for the latest month of copper.
