I wish you all the best. Infact,on the lighter side, it is much easier to become a broker/sub broker than a trader!

With all due respect, the sub broking idea is dead.

Brokers are barely able to keep their head above water. In such a scenario, sub brokers are doomed.

A 10th fail guy can become a sub broker , but cannot run the firm , as a matter of fact an MBA finance guy may not run an outlet effectively. The problem is not education , the problem is committment towards a job .. !!!

What are the steps to start a company that will cater to :
1.portfolio management service
2.mutual funds
Other features being:
1. End clients should receive contract notes.
2. There will be room for advertisement.

Query-Should One start by taking sub brokership of a renowned brokerage firms? Is that going to help in any regard?

Do I get terminated from sub brokership if I cannot generate revenue/brokerage ? do I have to compensate for that issue by other means?
