Does anyone has experience with icicidirect active trader platform?
if so, is it another variation of aseancerc trade anywhere? What are the facilities like charting, indicators etc? How about the speed of updation of data, speed of transaction etc?
Still no. In spite of the fact I am their wealth management client, their CR fellow asked me to fill webform for it. Even after filling nothing happened. That is their level of customer service.

for all your queries .. there is only one reply.. i.e. NOT SATISFACTORY... their brokerage is very high and service becoming poorer day by day. if u are a long term investor then it is ok, but not for daily trading.
It is right.I closed my account in icici bcz of only problems when trading, high brokerages.Only thing they giving our fund transaction done @account.But it's not a importanat one.
But I had seen in other thread that many senior people (like Traderji) had voted for ICICI and I am guessing they are using active trader platform. Just want to know what's keeping them with ICICI when there are other cheaper brokerage firms. I am sure they know much better about these firms. May be there's something more important than brokerage which we dont know??? May be they dont trade short-term?? we dont know...may be someone using/used active trader will throw in some advantages and disadvantages.
Recently I visited ICICI for opening a demat account. As per their explanation, the differences between a normal demat a/c and Active Trader Service (ATS) demat a/c are as given below:
A/c opening: Normal: 975 /-; ATS:975/- + need to show 1.5 lac as a/c balance
Intraday: Normal: 0.05%; ATS:0.03%
Delivery: Normal: 0.75%; ATS:0.30%
Others: ATS:Can take help of relationship manager at any time.
I'm using ATS since Feb 2010.
ATS is an offline account. Online execution is not allowed.
You need to call the designated person to execute.
Brokerage is less.
