India Infoline

Hi mfadhd,

What should be the volume generated per month to get 0.02% or less brokerage in intraday & Futures? I have an account with India Infoline & pay 0.05% brokerage for intraday trading. I have no issues with the service. Only disadvantage is the old browser is a bit slow when the market is going down very quickly.

Thanks.

Yes. I also observed the mathematical error in the ledger. When raised query, there is no answer from India Info. In the past, I had observed that against 1 sale order which was executed partially in 5 times, times DP charges charged on me. Then also they did not bother to clarify. Many clients may not be checking the transactions regularly.
Guys, if there are mathematical errors in accounts and if the broker does not reply, send this through email with cc to SEBI and NSE or BSE and see how they revert back immediately. Please note that your complaint should be genuine and valid with proof

Hi Gopal Kumar: Their S/W is poorer as compared to Power India Bull or Trade Tiger of Sharekhan. I do not know much about Angel or others. Besides, India Infoline are No. 1 cheaters and their service is worst. Recently they promised a lot before opening the account. Once account is opened, they proved their real colour. Now, they are not allowing me to close the account and transfer the shares to my other DP A.c or allowing to withdraw the full amount. I was trapped and incurred loss. I had tried about 10 brokers by now and find that they are the worst in many ways. So better u forget about India Info.
Like I am mentioning, you can always resort to sending emails to SEBI, they will ensure that your broker sorts out the issues amicably and return your full money and also transfer the shares to whichever DP you mention.

Hi Friend,
Are you still getting the same brokerage as shown in your attachment? Please let me know. Also are there any volume commitments.
Yes, the brokerage is same .005% for Futures and Rs 12 per lot for Options There is no commitment. But volume should be good
