When market suddenly start falling..........keep watching.....most of the time market make a shape like 'V' on intraday charts....if u have identified the bottom during the day.....then u can imagine the profit in day trading
This keeps on happening after regular intervals........So trade these days wisely....i mean trade less but properly.
When there is a fall suddenly, soon a short recovery take place during day trading...I have picked these opportunity 3 times yet and my some losses are recoverd and now portfolio is in GREEN now.

I use sharekhan and a local broker's terminal.....i dont know other free sources.

Market is at support level......lets see 2maro where the trend goes. if rises will buy and sell....id fall then short.
dip upto 4800 level is possible....(my view market will rise today to fill the previous gap)
