yourid AT serviceprovider DOT com

This is much more human readable, a de-facto standard and less troublesome to key-in.

Dear protect ur capital with discipline.If losses r going on then trade with small quantities. This phase will continue for another 1 0r 2 months. If market closes below jan low then their will be trouble for all of us.This rally is not trustable as selling pressure could generate at any time.
