Intereting, though an 'Inverted Head and Shoulders' is missing here in GMR. Is that something to be aware of? I'm not confident, but have a look here at my other post w.r.t powergrid.

As u alsorealised now that for short term the trend is negative since you r short or day trader. then to free your money you have to exit and buy at lower level. If u have money for trading then hold as these r good companies so mid term is profitable.
