Panic sell/short reason for new investors!​

1) price is falling so i must short it or clear my previous position even though there is nothing bad in the stock, no fundamental bad news and i am in good profit level. :d. The most classic reason.

2) some expert or news channel guru made bad comment on it. Then i must sell it. As the expert knows all, complete ignoring time frame, reason for the negative news etc etc.

3) bad earning news. Sell it. As the company is going to collapse and there will be no other quater result.

4) my broker said this is going to fall and he suggested me another better option, he missed that more he trades more the broker earn. :d

As far as Gann is concerned, his method is effective. There are people making money off his his formula. I have the e-book which is 209 pages long if someone is interested. I think I can post it somewhere for anyone to download if they want it.

Swing trade means longer than intraday trade but less than long medium term trade. Between 15 days. So you use EOD chart, weekly charts with the system you are using currently. In case of Intraday trade we use 5 min-60 min time frame. So here eod and weekly charts are good. But you can take entry at 60 min charts. It depends on the system you are using.

There is a big difference between Investors and Traders. Do we often counts that when we talks about systems, money managements etc? So rules are good for Traders and some are good for Investors. Like stop loss level.
But often newbie misses the points.
So try to understand what you are doing. Then decide the right rules for you.
