Hi all,
When Narendra Modi was approached by UK for better relations, it was a know fact that US will much sooner than later acknowledge Modi's stature.
Today US spokesman gave an indication that we don't comment on other countries national election, but we build relations with the winning party.
This becomes more obvious that Congress will be decimated in the coming General Elections and BJP is poised to win, if not landslide victory but still in a commendable position.
A known fact about Credit Policy was that rate cut was not on the agenda, and this has indeed come true no matter what the FM say's.
Nov 4 will tell us how Himachal Pradesh responded to Hooda's gov giving a clean chit to National Son-In-Law.
We will definitely see more action after HP election results.
Fibonacci levels dictates that a trend will reverse to either 23.0, 38.2, 50, 61.2 or further levels depending on the prevailing situation.
The rally from Oct 2008 - 2228 till Nov 2010 - 6349 till date has erased more than 38.2% (4780) in reality 4538.
Reaction to this fall was that NF rallied from the low of 4538 to 5855 which is above 61.8% (5660) Fib level. Normally NF reaches 79% Fibonacci level.
Today's NF closing below 5626 will see more downfall.

Since 5626 is an important level and the close is above 5626 I expect a reversal from this level.
Tomorrow's range is very large and could be volatile 5742-5586 TS at 5722
5626 is my fulcrum / SL
NF trading above 5626 is long and I'll go for 5665 - 5685 levels.
NF trading below 5626 is short and I'll go for 5585 levels
Let's see what happens tomorrow.
