As promised, I am revealing the summary of Congress, which I have gathered from the internet. Some, who are pro Congress may not like it, but for many who want's to know the reason as to Why Congress is so insensitive towards General Public may like it.
Story of Congress from its foundation till today
1857 saw the 1st War of Indian Independence. This shook British from head to toe. But unlike its different colonies all over the world India was different and British could not use his hard techniques in India. So a different radical approach was thought of. And this approach gave India it's Congress
Who formed Congress?
Certainly not Indians, but a British Civil Servant Allan Octavian Hume suggested to form Congress in 1883

How did Congress manage to survive the British Raj / Period
"The Congress Platform" was more biased towards the British society which was the main reason for Congress survival through the undisputed 150 odd years of British era. Congress not only survived but grew in strength through the patronage of British authorities.
Indian National Congress (INC) even though formed for Indians it never attempted to address any of the public grievances even at that time, instead it worked for the British.
Seeing this autocracy Lokmanya Tilak embraced Swaraj
With increase voices for Freedom from The British, INC quickly changed sides and addressed Lucknow session with Lokmanya Tilak adoring the stage together. Infact the same style is still been used by Congress. (Cunning Fox)
The Dawning of a Mahatma
Infact it was Mahatma Gandhi's destiny to lead Congress and keep the fight for Freedom Alive. And it was thru the inspiration of Mahatma Gandhi that scores of Indian joined INC which gradually grew in size.
Mahatma Gandhi inspired many other great leaders like Sardar Patel, Jawaharlal Nehru, Rajendra Prasad, Abdul Kalam Azad and the likes...
Congress before Mahatma was present all over India and its Working was based on the following...
Mahatma Gandhi changed all the above vice and turned Congress into a true Indian political party.
And today Jawaharlal Nehru's family owns INC and India. Infact Jaswant Singh claimed in his book that Nehru was responsible for India's partition in 1947
It was Jawaharlal Nehru who wanted Central Policy (which is followed by Congress till now) and Mahatma Gandhi wanted Federal Policy (Power divided between Center and Local Government to share best policies)
Summary: So now we all know that Congress was born not serve Indians but British and after Independence Congress is serving himself and will never serve or work for the masses. Its futile to even think that Congress will change the fate of Indians.
It is simply not in the blood of Congress Culture to think Good for Indians
Even after Independence with so many years passed of its the same story Congress did not cared then and still does not care now and will never care for the Common Indians because "It's not in their blood to care".

- Governance of India was transferred from East India Company to British Empire and this transfer was to be justified.
- British required a platform so that a Dialogue could be established between the Indians and the British Raj.
- The way found was. Let the Educated locals form the Bridge between the British and the Uneducated locals. As these English Educated Local Indians would be familiar with the British culture and policy thinking.
- And these Educated Indians formed the Congress.

- Membership in Congress was sold at a very high price.
- Congressmen were distinguished on basis of caste, ethnicity, religion and sex.
- Leadership posts and offices at all levels were filled by appointments
- Eligibility for leadership was determined by how much wealth or social standing the person had.
- The above Religious Commandments are still followed and preached by INC
Mahatma Gandhi changed all the above vice and turned Congress into a true Indian political party.
- Membership fees were reduced considerably.
- All former practices distinguishing Congressmen were elimnated.
- Leadership posts and offices at all levels would be filled by elections and not appointements.
- Eligibility for leadership would be determined by how much social work and service a member had done, not by his wealth or social standing.
