I read about this in moneycontrol.com. The contents of various boarders are :

got 10 extra shares of Jaicorp Ltd BE, but i dont think i wil be able to sell it now. Does anyone else know the reason this extra allotment?

hi jaicorp has come into B1 category now, so it means upward trend has started, and its board of directors announced to allot fully paid equity shares to all share holders, I think thats why our stocks are doubled, even mine too became 100 from 50 shares. but I think these extra shares have different pricing. can any one plz clarify this ?

They may be talking about the bonus shares(1:1 bonus which was announced along with the stock split few months back). If anything is announced it will be listed at BSE site for sure.

Would you please clarify on this more? As I didnt seen any extra shares in my ICICI dmat!

I have purchased Jai Corp. after bonus and Split, still they have offered bonus shares?

You can surly enter at this level in Jaicorp but for good gains you will have to stay invested in it.

Or if you want to make quick money from this stock then buy at CMP wait for few UC then sell it.
Or Try BSES, IFCI, UCO Bank, BHEL (third and fourth quater results will be very good for BHEL)

Hi Jnj and Ashish,

Is there any solid info available about this bonus share issue of Jai Corp, as many of us have brought this share after the split and bonus at 1100 Level, so are we entitled for the bonus share?

OR is this Right issue share, offered by the mgt, for its current share holders at a specific price range.

Please post if anyone has any relevant info on this.

"Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that October 12, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Split stock & Bonus Issue"

If you guys have bought before 12 OCT 07 then you must have got the split and bonus shares in your account. If one have purchased after that then he/she is not entitled for any bonus/split shares.
